Sažetak

U radu je opisan virtualni pristup organizacije znanja u svrhu izrade završnih radova putem SharePoint portala, kao mogućnost dobre suradnje, između studenta i nastavnika, kroz aktivnosti mentorskog ili projektnog rada. Ovim pristupom studenta se postavlja u središte uz naglašenu interakciju u radu i razvoju idejnih rješenja, te planiranih aktivnosti. Na taj način artikulacija eksplicitnog i tacitnog znanja putem mentorskog rada kod studenata povećava motivaciju za rad i ustrajnost u postavljenim zadacima. Upravo upotreba tehnologije u oblaku s različitim mogućnostima pristupa i značajkama poput verzioniranja, dijeljenja različitih vrsta sadržaja i mogućnosti komunikacije, potencira učinkovito upravljanje znanjem. Prema modelu praćenja i analize interakcija, između studenta i mentora u procesu suradničkog učenja na mreži (Pozzi i dr., 2007), napravljena je analiza s obzirom na participativnu, interaktivnu, kognitivnu i nastavnu dimenziju.

Abstract

The paper describes the virtual approach of the knowledge organization for the purpose of finalizing works through the SharePoint portal, as a possibility of good co-operation between the student and the teacher through the activities of mentoring or project work. With this approach the student is placed in the center with emphasized interaction in the work and development of conceptual solutions and planned activities. In this way the articulation of explicit and tacit knowledge through mentoring among students increases the motivation to work and persistence in the tasks. The use of cloud technology, with different accessibility options and features such as versioning, sharing different types of content and communication possibilities, emphasizes effective knowledge management. According to the model of monitoring and analysis of the interaction between the student and the mentor in the process of collaborative learning on the network (Pozzi et all., 2007), an analysis was made regarding the participative, interactive, cognitive and teaching dimension.
